USATODAY.com - Fliers beware of the 'outhouse seat'

USATODAY.com - Fliers beware of the 'outhouse seat': "rans-Atlantic discounter delayed by fuel costs: Fledgling Maxjet Airways had planned to begin discount service from the USA to London this fall, but now says soaring fuel costs are forcing it to push back its projected launch date to spring 2006. 'The fuel issue is hurting everybody in the airline industry,' Mike Malik, Maxjet's chief marketing and information officer, tells The Washington Post (free registration). 'But when you're starting out it hurts even more.' Maxjet now hopes to begin flying to London's Stansted Airport from New York JFK and Baltimore/Washington by March, and possibly from Boston by May. The carrier has already leased one Boeing 767, but is now reported to be considering other, more fuel-efficient jets such as the Airbus A330 or the Boeing 777. Posted 2:25 p.m. ET"
